Rental Agreement

a. Service Scope

We provide dumpster toilets and sanitation units for short-term and long-term rental across designated service areas in the USA.

b. Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is processed or a signed service agreement is received.

c. Equipment Ownership

All equipment remains the property of Golden Throne Porta Potty. Customers may not relocate, modify, or damage any units.

Customer Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of rented units during the rental period
Prevent misuse, vandalism, or theft of the units
Allow access for regular cleaning and servicing
Notify us promptly in case of damage or malfunction

Limitation of Liability

Golden Throne Porta Potty is not liable for:

Damage caused by improper use of equipment
Delays due to weather, traffic, or events beyond our control
Injuries or accidents caused by customer negligence

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Throne Porta Potty and its staff from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from misuse or unauthorized handling of our equipment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where the company is headquartered, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in local courts within that jurisdiction.
